In 2002, Xavier won the Ruinart UK Sommelier of the Year and became the youngest Master Sommelier in the world. 

Tanguy Martin


Wine Director of Pinot & Chardo, Blandford Comptoir and Cabotte. Tanguy has a diploma in winemaking and growing, he has worked as a wine manager for Michelin restaurant La Trompette and D&D London, in 2015 Tanguy was awarded 'UK Sommelier of the Year'.
